The centrality of Christian faith is Christ’s death, burial and resurrection. It was this event that brought to fore, faith in God. Take this event out of the Christian Faith, then you have nothing at all. The message is a by-product of that event which we boldly call the Gospel of Christ. The Gospel is described in the Scriptures precisely as Christ’s death, burial and resurrection.
